The National Gallery of Art

I loved Washington D.C.; all the museums in that city were for free.
I went there during my journey between Detroit (where I visited some friends) and Atlanta, where I had to fly to Bermudas.
During a couple of days I visited the best museums of that cultural city, and all were entry free.
I visited the Monument to Lincoln, to Thomas Jefferson, and also to Washington, where I took the lift to the observation level.
One of the most fantastic museums of art in the world is the National Gallery of Art, which was also free of charge. Inside I saw works of El Greco, Rembrandt, Raphael, Leonardo da Vinci, van Gough, Gauguin, Cezanne, Francisco de Goya, Pablo Picasso… I was really in the seventh heaven in friendly, rich and generous Washington D. C.
The third day I continued my journey and went by Greyhound bus to Atlanta, in Georgia, to catch my flight to Bermuda.
